Front Officer
Be the welcoming face of Adhyay Retreat and create memorable first impressions for every guest. As a Front Office Officer, you will be responsible for guest check-ins and check-outs, reservations, inquiries, and providing friendly and professional assistance throughout their stay.
Package Includes
Welcome guests with warm and professional hospitality. Handle check-in, check-out, and room reservations
Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments. Maintain accurate guest records and front office operations
Assist guests with information about the resort and nearby destinations. Respond to guest inquiries and requests efficiently
Housekeeping
Be an essential part of the Adhyay Retreat guest experience by maintaining clean, comfortable, and welcoming rooms and resort spaces. As a Housekeeping team member, you will help ensure that every guest enjoys a fresh, hygienic, and pleasant stay.

Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas. Prepare rooms according to Adhyay Retreat’s cleanliness standards.
Change bed linens, towels, and guest amenities.Ensure rooms are well-organized and ready for guest arrival.
Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items promptly. Coordinate with the Front Office and other departments
F&B Department
