Bajra Barahi Temple is one of the holy temples / places to visit when you’re there at Tistung. The temple is situated at the lap of the river and surrounded by the hills. There are nearby places like pear garden, picnic park etc.
In every 3 years, there is a Jatra celebrated to worship Bajra Barahi mata and it continues for 3 days. Many people from nearby cities including Kathmandu, Naubise / Dhadhing, Palung, Hetauda, Chitlang, Markhu and Kulekhani attend the Jatra and offer their prayers to Bajra Barahi Mata.
